This series explores how the gospel renews every aspect of our lives — identity, relationships, purpose, and power — as revealed in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians. Through Christ, believers are not just improved; they are made new.

Because Christians have been born again by the grace and power of Christ, we are therefore able to walk in Christ. This means growing in discernment regarding what is true and what is right, and being known as people of the light. We’re looking forward to looking at Ephesians 5:8-14 with guest preacher, Dr. Nicholas G. Piotrowski, President of ITS.
Sermon Notes
Paul reminds us that because we are new people we can no longer live in selfish immorality, and he warns us that kind of life brings judgment and condemnation. Because we are God’s children, our lives should reflect the self-giving love of Jesus. Join us as we look at what it means to “Walk in Love” from Ephesians 5:1-7.
Sermon Notes
Ephesians 4 tells Christian believers to put off the old self and put on the new self. What areas of our daily experience will be affected with this change of spiritual clothing? Ephesians 4:25—5:2 introduces those important changes in our speech, dealing with anger, our attitudes and responses in all ways that we relate to one another. It’s about integrating our faith in Jesus with all of life and becoming imitators of God. Join us for Before and After.
Sermon Notes
As soon as we start following Jesus and trying to live as new people, we discover that we’re in a fight against the pull of the culture and the desires of our own hearts. What’s wrong with following those old desires, what does it look like to fight against them, and is there hope we can win? Join us as we learn how to “Fight the Dark Side” from Ephesians 4:17-24.

Pastor Nathan will take us through Paul’s powerful call for the church to walk worthy of our calling in Christ. In a world often divided, Ephesians 4 reminds us that we are bound together by one Spirit, one Lord, and one faith. Join us as we dive into Ephesians 4:1-6 and what it means to live with humility, gentleness, and love — pursuing the unity that reflects the very heart of Christ.
Sermon Notes
As Paul concludes the first half of his letter, he’s moved with awe by the thought of all that God is and has for us in Christ. That wonder is expressed in prayer that we would know and be filled more and more with the love of Christ. Join us as we look at “Filled with God’s Fulness” from Ephesians 3:14-21
Sermon Notes
Paul says that the church displays God’s wisdom to the “rulers and authorities.” We will explore how our ordinary life together in Christ becomes a living testimony to the most powerful forces on earth.
Sermon Notes
We all love finding a hidden restaurant, a great deal, a good book that has made our lives fuller. We want to share our discovery with others. Paul talks about the “divine secret” or mystery of God’s salvation, and he describes how God uses us to bring others into the amazing reality we’ve discovered in Jesus. Join us as we look at “The Secret” from Ephesians 3:1-6.
Sermon Notes
Western Christians mostly see salvation in individual terms, what God has done for me. Much of that is true in the first chapter and a half of Ephesians, but God’s saving grace is much broader, going beyond the individual to the church. It includes God’s work to “unite all things in him,” (1:10) and to “create in Himself one new man in place of the two.” (2:15). This is the church, the gathering of God’s people from all over the world into one body, starting by breaking down the wall between Jew and Gentile. What other walls is God breaking down? Are we embracing God’s purpose or fighting against it? Join us for a closer look at Ephesians 2:11-22, One People, United in Christ.
Sermon Notes
If our salvation – from beginning to end – is all based on God’s grace, how does that change me? What does it mean for the way I see myself? My identity and my purpose in life? Join us as we look at “God’s Workmanship” from Ephesians 2:5-10.
Sermon Notes
We all have some idea of what grace is – a free gift. But we can all think of gifts we received that weren’t that meaningful or important. What does the grace of God really look like? Why do I need it? And what does it do in my heart and my life? How does grace change me? Join us as we look at “Made Alive” from Ephesians 2:1-6
Sermon Notes
God opens the eyes of our hearts to see and treasure the riches of his grace – lasting hope, eternal significance, limitless power to be and do all we were created for, and meaningful community in the church.
Sermon Notes
All of us struggle with doubts and fears – about ourselves, about relationships, about the future, about this world, even about God and his promises. How do we find security, hope, and direction for our lives? Join us as we look at “The Father’s Love” from Ephesians 1:3-14
Sermon Notes
We’re tempted to think that when life is going well and we have good things, God is happy with us and we’re blessed; and if life is hard, we think we’ve done something wrong and God is withholding his blessing. Is that how God operates? Join us as we start a new series in the book of Ephesians and look at what it means to be “Blessed” from Ephesians 1:1-3.
