Easter Worship
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect gatherings large and small, the Elder Executive Board has decided to be prepared to continue to provide Worship-At-Home materials through May 3rd, 2020. We understand the situation will continue to change and are ready to adapt as needed. We anxiously await the opportunity to worship together (in person!) as soon as it is safe. In the meantime, thank you for being part of Faith Church’s worship despite our forced separation.
Additionally, Faith’s staff will provide Worship-At-Home resources for Good Friday, including an opportunity for you to take communion in your worship gathering.
But for Easter Sunday, we are going to go live! We will assemble a skeleton crew (less than 10 people, all working six-feet-or-more apart) and livestream one service on Easter morning, April 12th. We’re still working out the details and the technology we need to make this happen well, so watch for more info through Faith News and faithchurchindy.com.
Ongoing Pastoral Care
Though we can’t see each other face to face, our pastors and elders want to know how you’re doing, how we can pray for you, and if you have any particular needs. If you have any specific prayer requests, please email us at care@faithliveitout.org. We’ll respond as quickly as possible.
We’re continuously working to care for the most vulnerable among our congregation and our Faith International English Classes students. If you have been impacted financially by COVID-19, please reach out to us at finance@faithliveitout.org so our benevolence team can help.
Stay Updated
We will continue to monitor the situation and stay abreast of all information and guidance from officials with the Indiana State Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. We’ll keep you updated here at faithchurchindy.com/virus and send out text message updates and weekly Faith News.
If you have any questions, please email info@faithliveitout.org or visit faithchurchindy.com/virus for the latest updates.
